One of the founders dreamed up the idea for the logo and I turned it into a vector graphic. Once the brand style guide was complete, the web site and marketing assets followed.
This start up needed a lean and flexible set of tools, so the physicians could focus on treating patients, not configuring software. I chose SaaS tools that would deploy rapidly and integrate easily with each other.
Working with the founders, we built an Adwords campaign around the key value proposition of the business. The response was amazing and I quickly constructed a lead tracking tool that integrated with the web forms and Slack.
Before any patients could be treated, an EHR needed to be procured and configured. We selected a platform optimal for small practices and got it set up and running in days.
Once the providers were out in the field, documenting processes and workflows became a top priority. Using diagrams, I mapped out systems and information flows, uncovering opportunities to automate and reduce waste.
